ERP development

ERP and business management software

When sales, stock, purchasing, accounts and HR live in separate tools, nobody sees the whole picture. We build ERP systems that bring these modules together around your actual processes โ€” whether you manufacture, distribute, trade or provide services.

We start with the module that causes the most pain today and add others in phases. Where your accounting or payroll software already works well, we integrate with it instead of replacing it.

What we deliver

ERP Development: capabilities

Inventory, purchasing, sales, invoicing and HR modules in one system, rolled out in phases.

Inventory and warehouses

Stock across locations, batches and serial numbers, reorder levels, transfers and stock-take adjustments.

Purchasing and suppliers

Purchase requests, approvals, purchase orders, goods receipt and supplier bills with a full audit trail.

Sales, billing and invoicing

Quotations, orders, deliveries and invoices, with GST (India) or VAT (UAE) fields configured to your accountant's requirements.

HR and employee management

Employee records, attendance, leave, approvals and payroll inputs, with self-service access for staff.

Approvals and dashboards

Configurable approval workflows and role-based dashboards for owners, managers and department heads.

Accounting integration

Post invoices, payments and stock values to your accounting system, or keep ledgers inside the ERP where that suits you better.

Our process

How we deliver your project

A predictable, transparent process from the first conversation to long-term support.
  1. Step 1

    Requirements gathering

Workshops with the people who will use the system, to capture goals, workflows and constraints.

  2. Step 2

    Business analysis

Processes, data and integrations documented; scope, priorities and success measures agreed.

  3. Step 3

    Architecture and UI/UX

Technical design, security approach and clickable prototypes you can review before code is written.

  4. Step 4

    Development

Short iterations with regular demos on a staging environment, so feedback arrives early.

  5. Step 5

    Testing

Automated and manual testing of critical flows, performance checks and your acceptance testing.

  6. Step 6

    Deployment

Automated, reversible releases with monitoring and backups in place from day one.

  7. Step 7

    Maintenance and support

Fixes, updates, monitoring and new features after launch, with documentation for your team.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Should we build a custom ERP or use Odoo, SAP Business One or similar?

Packaged ERPs are a good choice when your processes are standard and you are willing to adapt to them. Custom ERP suits businesses whose way of working is a competitive advantage, or who need only a few modules done exceptionally well. We will tell you honestly if a packaged product fits better.

Can the ERP handle GST or UAE VAT invoicing?

Yes. Tax rates, invoice fields and reports are configured to your requirements and reviewed with your accountant. E-invoicing is connected through the official or accredited channels that apply to your business.

How long does an ERP project take?

We deliver in phases. The first module usually goes live within the first few months, and later modules follow based on priority, so your team benefits early instead of waiting for one large launch.

Can we start with one module?

Yes, and we recommend it. Starting with inventory, sales or HR โ€” whichever hurts most today โ€” keeps risk low and builds confidence for the next phase.
