Floating Infotech

Industry: FinTech & trading

FinTech software development

Financial software carries more responsibility than most: real money moves through it, regulators audit it and customers expect it never to fail. FinTech and trading technology has been a core focus for Floating Infotech since 2017 — from forex brokerage systems and copy trading to payment platforms, KYC and recharge networks.

We build the technology layer and work alongside your compliance and legal advisers, so the controls they require are designed into the software rather than added afterwards.

Business challenges

Problems we are usually asked to solve

Many systems that must agree

Trading platforms, CRMs, payment providers and ledgers each hold part of the truth, and reconciling them by hand does not scale.

Onboarding friction versus compliance

Every extra step loses applicants, but KYC and AML obligations cannot be skipped.

Money movement risk

Duplicate payouts, missed webhooks and unapproved withdrawals turn into direct losses.

Audit and regulatory scrutiny

Every financial action needs a clear record of who did what, when and why.

Software requirements

Features and modules

Modules are switched on to match your organisation; you only pay for what you need.

Client onboarding and KYC

Digital onboarding, document checks, screening, risk scoring and compliance queues.

Client and partner portals

Trader's rooms, account management, IB and affiliate portals with commission tracking.

Payments, payouts and ledgers

Deposits, withdrawals with approvals, refunds, double-entry ledgers and reconciliation.

Trading integrations

MetaTrader 5 integration, copy trading engines and algorithmic execution.

Risk and reporting

Real-time exposure, commission and compliance dashboards with exports.

Back-office CRM

Leads, client lifecycle, retention and support with role-based access and audit logs.

Our process

Implementation process

A predictable, transparent process from the first conversation to long-term support.
  1. Step 1

    Requirements gathering

Workshops with the people who will use the system, to capture goals, workflows and constraints.

  2. Step 2

    Business analysis

Processes, data and integrations documented; scope, priorities and success measures agreed.

  3. Step 3

    Architecture and UI/UX

Technical design, security approach and clickable prototypes you can review before code is written.

  4. Step 4

    Development

Short iterations with regular demos on a staging environment, so feedback arrives early.

  5. Step 5

    Testing

Automated and manual testing of critical flows, performance checks and your acceptance testing.

  6. Step 6

    Deployment

Automated, reversible releases with monitoring and backups in place from day one.

  7. Step 7

    Maintenance and support

Fixes, updates, monitoring and new features after launch, with documentation for your team.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Do you help with financial licences?

No. Licences are granted by regulators and handled by your legal advisers. We build technology that supports the controls and reporting your licence requires and can work directly with your advisers.

How do you secure financial systems?

Two-factor sign-in for staff, role-based permissions checked on the server, approval steps for money movement, encryption, complete audit logs, monitoring and regular dependency updates. Independent penetration testing is recommended before launch.

Can you integrate with our existing trading platform and PSPs?

Yes, where they provide APIs. MetaTrader 5 is our main trading-platform integration; payment providers are added behind a common payments layer.

Do you work with fintechs outside India and the UAE?

Yes. Our teams are in Pune and Dubai, and we work remotely with clients in other countries.
